Volunteers In Service To Aid Stockton

The VISTAS program is designed to provide a legion of dedicated volunteers to help in targeted areas throughout the City where needs are identified. A successful and healthy city is created house by house, street by street, block by block and volunteer project by volunteer project. Thank you for helping Stockton work towards success!
