Description:

Tasks for Volunteers or Interns as of March 2009 - Index resolutions from 1922 to 1955 - Index motions from minutes - Enter data into advantage for off-site storage - Research grants for historical document storage - Prepare index of all archive boxes at Bekins - For those volunteers with a good strong background in historical reference - and especially Stockton history - they can assist in archival review of our boxes of documents in break room - Scan in all resolutions and ordinances - Scan in contracts and file, index in Advantage Database - File all documents in basket near break room, code them, file and index into Advantage - Convert WP minutes to Words minutes - Place archival dividers into acid-free boxes - Keep supply of 50 audio tapes; the rest can be erased and recycled or given to other depts. - Complete electronic copy of elections history - Import and/or index imported 1998 and 1999 staff reports
