Q:  How do I find volunteer opportunities in my area?
A:  Click on the "Volunteer" button and then enter your phone "Area Code."  You'll see a variety of organizations in your area.  There you can learn more about their volunteer needs or special volunteer events. You can even send them an email to let them know you're interested!

Q: How does a non-profit get registered and post volunteer opportunities?
A: We're so glad you asked.  Simply click on the "Non-profit" button and follow the instructions for registration.  Once you're approved, it normally takes one business day, and then your organization will be listed for all to see.  After that you can post any special volunteer opportunities or events.  If you on-going volunteer needs, please list those in your description.

Q: How often can organizations post special volunteer opportunities (including for events)?
A: As often as you like.  You can list them months in advance if you like.

Q: How much does it cost.
A: It's free...except for a smile and desire to help others. :)

Q: Can youth volunteer as well?
A: It depends on each organization.  Please check with each one to see their policies regarding youth volunteers.
